James currently holds a qualitative business degree (Master of Professional Studies) and a quantitative business degree (Master of Business Administration), both of which were conferred upon him by Hodges University in Southwest Florida. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a Specialization in Marketing through Keiser University. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, corporate training, human resources, marketing, management, operations, safety, and efficiency consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. In addition to consulting, James is also a professor of management and business at Florida SouthWestern State College where he teaches on campus and online. Helping individuals, businesses, and corporations not only achieve but exceed short and long-term goals is his passion.

His education accomplishments include Doctor of Business Administration (Ph.D.) with an emphasis in Financial Algorithms. A Master of Business (MBA) with an emphasis in Labor Law. At one point, Peter had over 170 employees encompassing two businesses that had sales of $25,000,000 per year.
